I’ve got myself a new MacBook Pro. 2.0Ghz Quad Core, i7, with 500GB HDD, 4GB DDR3 Ram, & with new Thunderbolt port. It will be called Yuzuki, a third persocon (personal computer) in Chobits series, although comically, Yuzuki is less superior than legendary Freya & Eruda. In terms of specs, It’s quite a jump of it. Just compare with Eruda specs, it is definitely worth it.
Eruda is just 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo, 2GB DDR2 Ram, 200GB. It will meet it’s new owner next month after I’m sending it for final round of Applecare repair.
But I kinda hate the name Yuzuki. Since it’s more like a human name. But I also hate to name it as Eruda. Because Eruda meant something else.
Oh well and upon request from ijat, here are my shoes.

I have a boring birthday for my 26th last week precisely (19 May) because I was away for work at Kuala Terengganu. But thanks to the interconnected world today, I still receive wishes via facebook & twitter. Only god knows how grateful I am to receive wishes and prayers.
but the best thing this year is to celebrate birthday with someone I love. My wife. I got a Converse shoe to replace my worn out, 7 year old, Umbro shoes. Well the soles has been a hole. Thanks love.

On the left is my name (ikhwan nazri) combined with wife’s name: hazwani. And the right is the combination of the ultimate masterpiece I’ve ever did at the moment, a combination of me and my siblings – ikhwan nazri, ikhsan saufi, ikhmal faidhi, anom nazirah.
Originally I wanted to use “I’m the CEO b**ch”. Unfortunately due to sopan santun I have, i didn’t use it. But wife said I should use it coz people will get the joke but apparently i don’t think malaysians especially malays will get the joke. Just look at how lame raja lawak is, generally. Although there’s very few that can make me laugh. And if you didn’t get what does it meant by ‘just as planned’, maybe u can’t get the joke.
So i’ll be spearheading transformation of Amanz Network to a new level. Don’t ask what level but obviously, and hopefully, not level Lower Ground Floor. I’ll be managing the blog’s direction, economic, feature, and also maybe making amanz.my more prominent and a leading ICT news source that’s focused for malay readers. And there’s like 5 channels to control. SO IT IS JUST AS PLANNED!
Recognizing there’s still a need for a tech news in malay language and so far, Amanz.my does excel in its job and that’s why I took the offer. Pray for me and Amanz.my new journey towards the leading tech news in malay language!
