What u have said is BENAR BENAR ..the pointer system,the spirit of this young talented boys and to Benar to the extend BAPAK AKU PENJAGA PENCAWANG LETRIK UIA ...benar benar.. But what is these boys won't get it the course?...it is pain in the ASS I tell u to work yr life with some course yg u takde passion lansung ... and this is where most of *middle class* people fail to c. What I mean is..bila diaorg dah grad sok ..berjunjung la diaorg dgn ijazah course yg depa tak berapa nak kenan ... dan esk lusa tulat tubing mengeluh ngeluh la dgn kerja ... Change U'r view and eventually u change y'r enviroment! What great with this two kids is actually they got 2 skill..first skill major yg diaorg belajar ...2nd skill dari MAJOR yg dia org minat tapi tak dapt (selagi diaorg ada passion aku sure diaorg geledahnnyer skill tuh). Hopefully diaorg nih bukak mind ..and just like u said...HIRED ppl is a good thing ...there is another story which is also happen to yr senior (Ex MMU Student where now working inside TM ) .. First few work working days sibuk nak buat design la ....nak usik gak design (nak gak buat kerja bawah-bawah nih)..wahal job status dia actually Monitoring and implementing the content for the WEB and Program of Bluehyppo portal...always said she not that happy ..but now she know the real work are actually not abt to much godek godek pc..it more about giving yr idea and coordinate ppl to implementing it (while u take all the credit kalau nak la)...
